This Year, The Den Enterprise had the opportunity to deliver a bespoke residential solar energy solution for Mr. Walter Eninaya, a homeowner in Trans Amadi Gardens, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The objective was to provide reliable, 24/7 electricity for his residence, drastically reducing dependency on the inconsistent national grid and eliminating the constant expense of running petrol generators. With a project budget of ₦6.5 million, we successfully designed, installed, and commissioned a 10KVA hybrid solar system tailored to Mr. Eninaya’s energy needs and lifestyle.

High Generator Costs: The constant need to fuel and maintain a backup generator was becoming a financial burden, with rising diesel prices and frequent servicing requirements.
Desire for Energy Independence: Mr. Eninaya sought a solution that would make his home self-sufficient, allowing him to enjoy seamless power supply without relying on NEPA (PHEDC) or noisy generators.
Site Survey and Load Assessment: We performed a detailed inspection of the property and analyzed all major energy-consuming devices, including air conditioning systems, kitchen appliances, lighting, and entertainment systems, to determine the proper system sizing.
Tailored System Design: We designed a 10KVA hybrid solar setup incorporating high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels, durable lithium-ion battery storage, and a smart inverter system capable of automatic grid/generator switchover when necessary.
Professional Installation and Optimization: Our skilled technicians installed the system, ensuring optimal panel orientation for maximum sunlight absorption, safe cabling practices, and a neat, aesthetically pleasing inverter and battery setup inside the home.
Client Training and System Handover: We provided a comprehensive briefing and training session for Mr. Eninaya, educating him on how to monitor, manage, and maintain his new solar energy system effectively.
